Right Clicking the Items Entry grid will display the Context Menu providing access to specific functions.


Add Line

This will manually add a blank line for entering a new code to receive, note this is generally not necessary as the gridd will automatically in most cases add the line for you when required.

Bulk load an ISC range


** Use this function with caution **


This feature allows you to enter a range of items by ISC code range. Simply enter the start and end ISC and the system will fill the items grid with all codes from the start (inclusive) to the end. Note some items will be ignored in the range, they are;

  • Deleted Items.
  • Items where the reorder type is set ti discontinue.
  • Non Stock items.


Audit



Selecting this option will display all movements for the selected item, You may print this if desired.














Maintain

As stock is maintained in Central for the Enterprise POS this feature is only available in the Premium POS and allows simple changes to the stock file from within the Stock Receipting screen.
